Dennis Trayer
My Brother Guy, was 11 years older than me. Some of my fondest memories occurred when we were young and living at home with Mom and Dad. One day, Guy and I were wrestling in the living room. In the process, the coffee table glass was broken. We hoped that it wouldn’t be discovered-But, it was. That’s the one time that I was glad Guy was older, because he took the parental heat! Guy was a teenager in the 50’s and he was cool-Cooler than Fonzie on Happy Days. Guy had the street rods, motor cycles, good looks and the girl friends. He was tough and always had a pack of cigarettes rolled up under the sleeve of his white T-shirt. Yes, Guy was my idol while growing up. He was a hard worker who provided well for his family, which he loved. While we grew distant in later years, I will miss sending him a funny birthday card in May. Our hearts cannot express the sorrow that Deb and I feel for Darlene, Tiffany, Terry and Todd. We hope that time will help diminish the sorrow they are feeling, but not the good memories of a great Guy. Denny and Debbie Trayer.
