Z. Louise Morris, 93, of Battle Creek, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2018 at her home. She was born May 9, 1925 in Dearborn, MI the daughter of George and Princie (Walters) Barenscheer. Louise married Eugene Morris on April 21, 1953 in Angola, IN. Eugene preceded Louise in death in 2010. Louise retired from Kellogg Company after 27 years of service. She was a member of the Kellogg 25 Year Club and Bethel Baptist Church. She enjoyed indoor and outdoor gardening and feeding her birds. She loved her dog Lulu.
She is survived by her children, Donald (Debra) Morris, Elizabeth (Glenn) Blunt, and Patrick (Theresa) Morris; 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren with one on the way; and 2 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Robert Morris; and an infant son.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM at Bachman Hebble Funeral Service. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:00 AM at Bachman Hebble Funeral Service with Pastor Randy Stewart of Bethel Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be at the Tyler Cemetery in Belleville, MI. Memorial tributes may be made to the Humane Society of South-central Michigan.
