Psalm 46:1 Although the loss of a loved one is never easy to bear, the Lord has promised us hope and those that sleep in Christ shall rise again. Know that death is not an end, but a transition to a place free of pain and suffering. The word of God reminds us in II Timothy 4:7-8, “I have fought a good fight, finished the course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love His appearing.” As you walk through this valley of the shadow of death, find comfort in the sweet memories of your sister.
