Obituary for
James Edward Bouchard
Jim finally climbed that stairway to heaven on Tuesday, April 10, surrounded by his family at Glenn Arbor Hospice Residence. Jim, who was 69, was born, January 27, 1949. He was a career musician and played in many of the local bands, such has Stoneridge, Zachariah, Homegrown, Relay and Cactus Jack just to name a few. Jim was one the best bass players and lead vocalist in this area.
Jim is survived by Deb his wife of 33 years; His mother, Lucy Bouchard; One son, Scott (Katrina) Bouchard; Two daughters, Jennifer Bouchard and Tara (David) Nisevich. Six grandchildren, Alex Bouchard, Aaron Bouchard, Adam Bouchard, Amanda Keenan, Wyatt Nisevich and Nora Nisevich; Great grandchildren, Rhyse Bolton and Peytan Cogswell Bouchard; Two brothers, David Bouchard and Lee (Valerie) Bouchard; Two sisters, Donna (Rick) Dilling and Wendy Bouchard. Jim also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is also survived by his first wife of 17 years, Sueanne Yurisich. He was preceded in death by his father, Addison Bouchard and Great granddaughter Myleigh Rae Regal Bouchard.
Cremation has taken place. The family will have a memorial at a later date to celebrate Jim’s life.
