Some days I would come home from work, and Jan would have mowed my lawn for me..(and then tell me it wasn't him :) Always pleasant and kind! I will miss him. He was a such a nice man! Condolence: I remember my Dad (Ron Funk) telling the story of when he and Jan joined the Marines together. The night before they had to report for basic training they had a few too many beers. Not sure what the whole story was but Jan ended up in jail and my Dad had to bail him out so he wouldn't be AWOL! He loved to tell me that story. He was a great neighbor and one of my biggest cheerleaders when I was going through my cancer treatments. My Love to Jackie and all the kids . He will be missed!
