Anna Marie Kaufman was born May 6, 1955, in Battle Creek to Philip and Mildred (Babcock) Darling and was a lifelong resident. Anna attended Gull Lake High School. Anna had been employed by Meijer's and EPI for several years. Anna was a member of the DAV and VFW Auxillaris . She enjoyed country dancing, camping, spending holidays with her family , playing scratch off lottery tickets and spending time with friends at Ritzee's. Anna is survived by her daughter, Tina (Al) Sweet, of Nashville, Michigan, a son, William (Gina) Matarazzo, of Battle Creek, a step daughter, Esther (Ken) Plaster, ob Bellevue, FL, seven grandchildren, her best friend, Paula Bruin of Plainwell, sisters, Pam Pickett of Battle Creek, and Elaine (Tom) Kohler of Climax, brothers, Philip and Ray Darling both of Battle Creek
