Thomas E. Kennedy, age 85, of Bellevue, died Saturday, August 1, 2014 at his home. Thomas was born August 17, 1929 in Battle Creek, to John and Reva (Barbee) Kennedy and was a lifelong resident. Thomas had attended Ann J. Kellogg School. Tom loved to listen to marching band music, he enjoyed animals and was an avid Detroit Tiger Fan and football fan. Tom had great sense of humor and very good nature. Tom is survived by his sister, Sharon Kennedy of Bellevue, a niece, Melody Bedecs of Battle Creek and many other nieces and nephews. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Mary Glynn and Shirley Fair, brothers, Wallace, john, and Roger Kennedy. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday
